Payment is due:

\nAt the time of service, or
Automatically via card on file for recurring clients.

Unpaid balances past 48 hours may be subject to a late fee.

Access to the Home

Client agrees to provide one of the following:

A code
A key
Being present at arrival
Instructions for entry

If cleaners cannot access the home after 15 minutes, a $50 lockout fee may apply.

Quality Guarantee

Peachtree Home Cleaning offers a 200% “Thrilled or You Don’t Pay” Guarantee.

If the Client is not thrilled with the cleaning:

\nThe Client does not pay for the service, and
\nThe Company will return within 72 hours to re-clean or correct any areas the Client is unhappy with, at no additional cost.\n

To activate the guarantee, the Client must notify the Company within 24 hours of the completed service and provide reasonable details or photos of the concern.

The guarantee applies only to services and areas included in the original booking.

Hazardous, inaccessible, or excluded tasks are not covered.

Cancellations

Client may cancel or reschedule with no charge 48 hours prior to the scheduled clean.

Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a $40 fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur 50% of the service cost.

Safety & Working Conditions

Client agrees to:

Have running water and electricity
Contain or remove aggressive animals
Maintain a safe environment

Cleaners will not:

Move heavy furniture
Clean bodily fluids
Handle black mold
Clean hazardous environments

Damages & Liability

Company is insured and bonded.

However, Company is not responsible for:

Normal wear & tear
Items not secured or improperly mounted
Pre-existing damage
Items valued over $250 unless declared

Client must report damages within 24 hours.

Recurring Service Terms

For weekly, biweekly, or monthly clients:

Cleaning dates may vary slightly
Price assumes consistent cleaning frequency
If Client skips more than one recurring service, a deep-clean rate may apply at the next visit

Client Non-Solicitation

Client agrees not to hire or solicit Company cleaners directly for 12 months after the last service.

If violated, Client agrees to pay $500 + 3 months of expected service value.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time with written notice.

Client is still responsible for services already completed.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia.
